How to Make a Jump Shot Off the Rail
How To Use Jump Shot
Here's a trickshot with some practical application. I'm playing 8-ball and I'm down to the eight ball my opponents got me pinned in with his balls taking out the three rail, two rail, or even the one rail kick track so what do I do? Jump the cue ball off of the rail back into the eight ball for the win! Let's take a look. Now for this shot to be effective the cue ball should be within two, three balls max of the rail that I'm shooting off of. I'm going to elevate high to about 20-25 degrees and use a tripod bridge ,up on my fingertips. I just want the cue ball to bounce off of the top of the edge of this rail and back down the line to pocket the eight ball.
